Hi everyone,

OC Teachers Day Recap - Making a difference
Today a few of us from Rhythm & Hues headed down to Orange County for their Digital Media Training day for High School Teachers. Basically we talked to the teachers about what they should be teaching their kids to prepare for a career in Animation & VFX. Myself(Krystal Cooper), Anthony Harris (Colorist) and Travis Nelson (2D/Roto) were a part of the media panel. We were offered the opportunity to also review and approve the ROP curriculum for several Orange County High Schools. We stressed the importance of Arts & Technology education for a successful career in our industry. We are going to work on creating a similar opportunity here in Los Angeles for Inner City Schools.
